Service and Calibration Facility in Europe
AML Oceanographic is thrilled to announce our new presence in Europe; in Fall 2023, we opened a European Calibration and Service Facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
This extension will aid us in our commitment to provide our customers with an outstanding experience throughout the life of our equipment. The European location will be increasing the outreach of our global after-sale recalibration network, with services now available in Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, and the European Union.
The Details
This facility will have the capacity to calibrate our full suite of sensors and perform service on our instrumentation product line - it will act as another option for our customers looking to do so. Everything you may expect from our in-house service experience will be available from the Netherlands: troubleshooting and diagnostics, general repair, calibration for optimized and accurate sensors, and part replacement. Important to note: our Canadian offices remain the sole contact for the service and repair of our MVP systems.
We heard you: the proximity to our European market will drastically decrease lead times, inconvenience, expenses, and other logistical complications for our distributors and their clients needing our service and calibration expertise. AML’s high internal standards for rapid technical support and quality communication remain applicable.
