- Navigate to 'Software Settings'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Find the 'Application Log File'.
- Click on 'Open App Log Folder'.
- Sort the files in the folder by date.
- Locate the file named similarly to 'ApplicationLog_[latest_date]', for example, 'ApplicationLog_2025_05'.
- Attach this file to your support request and submit it.
