Microsystems’ redesigned Customer Portal
makes it easier than ever to get critical instrument
information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users
can:
*Download calibration certificates,
conformity certificates and instrument configuration
files, including coefficients;
*View the complete service history
of an instrument, including findings and recommendations
from in-factory diagnostics;
*View instrument details, including
instrument type, connector type, software versions,
manufacture date, suggested recalibration date,
warranty expiry date, maximum deployment depth,
calibrated pressure range, etc.
*Obtain technical documentation,
including instrument manuals, wiring diagrams,
and troubleshooting guides;
*Request RMAs (return material
authorizations) for instrument recalibration or
repair; and
*Submit technical support queries
and search for application knowledge (ie. application
notes, deployment suggestions) or troubleshooting
guides.
